I totally agree !! With Tre Roberson and Cameron Coffman, IU has 2 very capable Sophomore QBS. who will slug it out in this year's spring game ! Competition is good ,imho! Coffman was considered good enough by Alabama & LSU that they kept him on a string thinking he might get a scholarship. When they did not offer, it was too late for Coffman to get a solid offer !! So, Coffman went to a Juco for one year where he caught the eyes of IU's recruiting staff !! Good for IU !! Coffman was rated # 20 at his position [dual threat quarterback] coming out of high school while Roberson was # 28 in that class !! IU now has 2 of the top 28 rated dual threat Quarterbacks !!! Who's to say IU will not yet land another QB to provide the needed depth at that position ?? As I have stated in other posts,I love the way Wilson & his staff are adding JUCOS who are more physically & [hopefully] mentally mature and are more game ready for big time college football than most true freshmen !!
