Antonio Allen — safety, Indianapolis Ben Davis

Allen put up eight tackles and a pass defended in Ben Davis’ 19-6 win against North Central this past weekend. The Giants are now 3-0, No. 2 in Class 5A. They face rival Warren Central on the road at 7 p.m. Friday.

Demetrius Hill — defensive end, Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College

Hill’s stats were unavailable following Fort Scott’s 35-7 loss to Tyler this past weekend. The Greyhounds are now 1-1 and travel to Butler Community College this weekend.

Danny Friend — tight end, Morris (Ill.) Community

Friend tallied two tackles in a 15-13 win over Richards this past weekend. The Redskins are now 2-0. They host Geneseo at 7 p.m. Friday.

Evan Jansen — tight end, Cincinnati (Ohio) Archbishop Moeller

Jansen grabbed a pair of passes for a total of 25 yards in Moeller’s 42-34 win against Grand Rapids (Mich.) Christian this past weekend. The Crusaders are now 2-0. They travel to Detroit this weekend, where they will play a 2 p.m. Saturday game against Central Catholic. The game will take place at Detroit Catholic Central.

Isaac Griffith — wide receiver, Fort Wayne Homestead

Griffith grabbed seven catches for 171 yards and three touchdowns in Homestead’s 65-21 win against East Noble this past weekend. The Spartans are now 3-0, ranked No. 12 in Class 5A. They hit the road Friday night with a 7 p.m. trip to Columbia City.

Chase Dutra — wide receiver/safety, Brownsburg

Dutra put up 23 rushing yards on six carries and 51 receiving yards on three catches, and he returned a punt for 23 yards in Brownsburg’s 42-14 win against Hamilton Southeastern. The Bulldogs are now 3-0, currently ranked No. 10 in Class 5A. They travel to Westfield this weekend, for a 7 p.m. Friday night game.

Jacobi Hunter — defensive tackle, Houston (Texas) Cypress Falls

Hunter tallied nine tackles and a sack in Cy Falls’ 42-0 win against Oak Ridge. The Eagles are now 1-0. They next travel to Cypress Springs for a 6 p.m. game on Sept. 15. They have this week off.

Patrick Dougherty — defensive lineman, Aurora (Ohio)

Dougherty put up seven tackles, forced a fumble and defended a pass in Aurora’s 37-21 win against Ravenna this past weekend. The Greenmen are now 2-0. They host Revere at 7 p.m. Friday.

Myles Graham — running back, Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna

Chaminade-Madonna begins its 2012 season with a Friday night home game against Village Academy. A kickoff time has yet to be announced.
