Class-of-2016 quarterback Justin Berry will play his high school football at Wheaton (Ill.) St. Francis, where he'll join Michigan commit Kyle Bosch this fall.
The 6-foot, 175-pound Berry emerged this summer as a prospect to watch during 7-on-7 play with the Goon Squad, and with his participation in Junior Rank Camps.
According to Berry's father Shaon, his son chose St. Francis because of the school's tradition in the classroom and on the football field.
The elder Berry played at Pittsburgh, and Berry visited both the Panthers and West Virginia campus during the spring. This fall he plans to visit Ole Miss for the Texas game and Indiana for the Ohio State game. He's been keeping in touch with Rebels assistant coach Maurice Harris and Hoosiers assistant Linwood Ferguson.
Illinois, Ohio State, UCLA and Virginia are a few other programs that have Berry on the radar heading into the fall.
