Antonio Allen — safety, Indianapolis Ben Davis
Allen registered eight tackles on defense, plus one catch for three yards on offense, in Ben Davis’ 6-3 overtime victory against rival Warren Central. The Giants are now 4-0, No. 2 overall in Class 5A. They host Terre Haute North at 7 p.m. Friday.
Demetrius Hill — defensive end, Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College
Hill posted 10 tackles, 3 1/2 for loss, and two sacks in a 60-14 loss to Butler this past weekend. Fort Scott is now 1-2 and hosts Coffeyville this weekend.
Danny Friend — tight end, Morris (Ill.) Community
Friend caught the only pass thrown to him, for 15 yards, and he registered six tackles and two knocked-down passes on defense in Morris’ 43-0 win against Geneseo. The Redskins are now 3-0. They next host Dixon at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Evan Jansen — tight end, Cincinnati (Ohio) Archbishop Moeller
Jansen pulled in one catch for four yards in Moeller’s 61-33 win against Central Catholic in Detroit. The Crusaders are now 3-0 on the season. They travel to Louisville-area powerhouse St. Xavier on Friday night for a 7:30 p.m. showdown.
Isaac Griffith — wide receiver, Fort Wayne Homestead
Griffith lodged two catches for 62 yards and one rush for eight yards in Homestead’s 41-6 win against Columbia City this past weekend. The Spartans are now 4-0, No. 13 overall in Class 5A. They host Bellmont at 7 p.m. Friday.
Chase Dutra — wide receiver/safety, Brownsburg
Dutra rushed for 85 yards on 11 carries and pulled in two passes for 62 yards, one of which went for 55 yards and a touchdown. The Bulldogs are now 4-0 on the season, No. 9 in Class 5A. They play host to 5A No. 15 Avon at 7 p.m. Friday.
Jacobi Hunter — defensive tackle, Houston (Texas) Cypress Falls
Hunter’s team had a bye this past weekend. He and his Cy Falls teammates travel to Cypress Springs for a 6 p.m. Friday game.
Patrick Dougherty — defensive lineman, Aurora (Ohio)
Dougherty’s stats were unavailable following a 49-0 win over Revere last weekend. The Greemen (3-0) next travel to Chagrin Falls for a 7 p.m. Friday night game.
Myles Graham — running back, Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna
Graham’s Chaminade-Madonna team opened the season with a 40-0 win against Village Academy, a game from which his stats were unavailable. The Lions are now 1-0. They host Westminster Christian on Friday night.
Jordan Heiderman — defensive tackle, Iowa Western Community College
Heiderman, Indiana’s newest commit in 2013, posted two tackles, one for loss, in the Reivers’ 44-20 win against Trinity Valley. Western is now 3-0 on the season. The Reivers next face College of Dupage at home at 1 p.m. Saturday.
