Just wanted to stop by and congratulate Indiana on the big win yesterday. That was a devastating loss for Iowa, and a great win for the Hoosiers.
Indiana deserves a ton of credit. With all the adversity they've been through as a program, that early 14-0 deficit could have caused the players to drop their heads. But the coaches and veteran leaders kept everyone in it, and they continued battling.
I felt the difference in the game was that Indiana outplayed Iowa up front on both sides of the ball, which is a sign of how far the Indiana program has come. Adam Replogle ate Iowa's lunch all day long, and the rest of the defensive line played very well, too.
Great to see the Hoosiers involved in such an important late-season game next week. Best of luck the rest of the way!
Thanks Todd! Pretty bad blow for Iowa and their bowl chances after that loss.
mkillian247 on twitter..... I say a lot of stuff you wont care about.
It really was. Iowa now has to win two out of three just to make it to 6-6, with the final three at home against Purdue, at Michigan and at home against Nebraska. All winnable games, but all very losable as well.
