IU has been known to go on runs this season, but tonight, it's individual players who are going on scoring runs thus far. Zeller has had a couple spans where he has been unstoppable, Sheehey scored five points in a hurry, Creek scored seven in the blink of an eye and Jordan Hulls has scored a flurry in the past couple of minutes.
They have all added up to produce a 23-point IU lead, 41-18.

Indiana scoring completely at will. On a 38-11 run right now.

Everything falling now

Halftime, Indiana up 50-19 on Ball State, which is shooting just 20 percent from the floor this half. At one point, this game was 10-8, and it is now 50-19. You do the math.
Hulls has 12 points, three boards, three rebounds, to basically make him first-half MVP. He's been unguardable.
The Hulls Effect.
IU leads 50-19, and the score is representative of what we've been watching. Hulls leads all scorers with 12 points on a perfect 5-for-5 shooting. He threw in three rebounds and three assists, too. Zeller also had 10 in the half, looking more comfortable than he did in Brooklyn.
IU from the floor: 22-34
Ball State from the floor: 5-25
IU rebounds: 21
Ball State rebounds: 17
IU from behind the arc: 4-8
Ball State from behind the arc: 1-7
Good start out of the break for IU, which scores seven quick ones.
The second half is underway. Hulls missed his first two shots, but IU still rolling, starting the half on a 7-2 run.
Hulls another three. Might set a career high in points tonight.
Ball State uses its fourth timeout, as we hit the under-16 timeout. 17-4 run since halftime. Hoosiers have found their shooting boots in a big, big way.
OK, now we're at the real under-16 timeout. Hollowell just dropped his first points.
Indiana's offensive pace has slowed a bit here, much to the chagrin of Qdoba wanters across Bloomington.
Hollowell and Creek miss open threes as we hit the under-12 timeout. As Dustin Dopirak just pointed out, the Hoosiers rolling without a true point on the floor is letting things get a little bit sloppy.
Still, Indiana up 71-30 with 10:56 left in the game, so no worries there.
Even as the offense slows down, the Hoosiers can basically do whatever they want on the offensive end. Oladipo drove virtually unhindered to the basket a moment ago for an easy bucket.
Indiana has scored 75 points through 3/4 of this game. Will it happen tonight?
Watford fouled as he tries to put back a rebound.
Makes both free throws. IU now up 80-37.
Under-8 timeout means flags, and it also means some folks are going to start hitting the exits, with IU up 80-40. Darius Latham and David Kenney have long since departed.
I think if fans get free Qdoba if IU scores over 100 points, they should get free termite control if Hoosiers give up less than 50.
Ball State has two scorers in double digits (Majok Majok and Jauwan Scaife have 11 each), while IU has five players with 11 or more:
Tom Crean quite angry at Sheehey for getting too individual along the baseline before losing the ball out of bounds. Pulls him for a few seconds to get that point across.
I. think. they're. going. to do it. IU needs eight points in 4:14. Hit Qdoba now if you haz ticket.
Under-4 timeout and the Hall is clearing out. Most headed home, some headed to South Indiana Ave.
Indiana wins 101-53. Qdoba weeps softly, but briefly. Sound win for Indiana, what they needed to do between Georgetown and UNC. More coming. Enjoy your evening.
