We've had another great performance of the Star-Spangled Banner from Tim Noble, Martha the Mop Lady was here in person and IU's just about ready for tipoff against Purdue here at Assembly Hall. Join us as we talk about the game here!

Usual starters for IU today: Hulls, Ferrell, Oladipo, Watford and Zeller.
mkillian247 on twitter..... I say a lot of stuff you wont care about.
So Martha sang....how was she?
Glad to have you, Oaken!
Sing-songy, I would say.

Ready for another beat down. I can watch till about 140 so hopefully its out of hand by then
First IU possession is an empty one, after Cody Zeller has the ball slapped away and it bounces away off Oladipo. Then IU forces a TO and Watford ball fakes for a pretty 3-pointer.
Watford starts on Hammons. Looks like he and Zeller will double the catch early.
Watford felling it today.... also be very physical with Hammons on d
Another great start from Watford, who's in a rhythm in these last few games that we've never seen from him in Bloomington.
Watford having his way inside and out today, showing why he's so difficult to defend when he's on. He has all eight IU points.
Indiana going after Raphael Davis early, and he's now got two fouls. 8-5 Hoosiers, who look sharp early on the offensive end.
15:50 left at the first media timeout.
DD saying Indiana fans were way too confident going into this game.
Cody Zeller runs away from a lackadaisical Purdue defense off a turnover and Matt Painter calls another timeout.
So whats with the guys on the bench waving their arms like a bird after the 3? Just because DJ Byrd was guarding him, or is it something else?
Zeller's doing what he can to get on the board early, but nothing's falling for him. He's taken a couple contested shots and then drove and missed a dunk a couple possessions ago. His only basket was a fast-break dunk. In the half-court, he's missed both shots he's taken.
Under-12 timeout and Purdue is just all over the place. Doesn't feel like the Boilers have any confidence or rhythm right now. They haven't scored in nearly three minutes.
19-8 Indiana, 11:49 left.
IU's shooting 7-for-12 compared to 3-for-10 for Purdue. Ten of IU's 19 points have come off Purdue turnovers.
Cody not getting any of the calls, but he seems to be more concerned about the call than the bucket. Just go hard at the rim and you will get it
Back to back very sloppy possessions
Hulls doing a great job on the past two possessions of getting across halfcourt in a hurry. Both times, his hustle has resulted in defensive confusion from Purdue and transition threes for Watford and for himself. IU's up 29-14 at the under-8.
This game has all the makings of an old-fashioned beatdown, but I suppose we should've expected that. Hoosiers getting whatever they want offensively, and Purdue is, well, really bad.
Matt Painter is just at a loss with his team, and Cody Zeller can't seem to get a call.
29-14, 7:48 left.
Well I'm off to work hopefully they keep playing like this
Zeller really is getting pissed off. Not sure if Purdue is getting sloppy or trying to foul hard because it can't think of much else defensively, but Zeller is as visibly frustrated as I can remember him being in an Indiana uniform. He'll shoot freebies out of the under-4 timeout, IU up 33-20 with 3:54 left.
