Elston grabs a rebound. Now out of the Club Trillion membership.

3-point field goal defense leaving something to be desired at the moment, though MSM not hitting many.
Third media timeout has IU up 29-22. Hoosiers not doing nearly enough defensively right now.
So after a hot start, Indiana has been outscored by three by Mount Saint Mary's. Hoosiers just look a little bit out of it tonight. Perhaps the last few days of practices were less than agreeable?
Oladipo with a steal and finds Ferrell for a layup. Oladipo has looked especially aggressive on defense the past couple of games.

Zeller doesn't do enough of what he just did -- get the ball, go straight into your move and finish it with confidence. Need to see more of that from him.
Crean calls timeout up nine with 3:18 left in the half. Not sure why, but he does this sometimes. Indiana looks sleepier than me.
And now we're at the under-4 timeout, with basically the same situation. If Indiana can turn its defense up half a notch, Mount Saint Mary's is toast. Until then (or until the Mountaineers stop hitting threes), this game will remain uncomfortably close.
Watford hits another three right before the half ends, and that's the best half I've seen him play in weeks. He has nine points and three rebounds, and he looks fierce (like, not fashionable, but violent) on those rebounds. That's the energy Crean wants out of him.
IU leads 46-29 at halftime.
Watford three in transition takes IU's lead to 17, its highest point, as we head to halftime. Hoosiers have been solid offensively, especially in transition, as usual. Defense lacking too often, and that's why Mount Saint Mary's hung around as it did. Either way, Indiana up comfortably at halftime.
Sheehey with 10, Watford with nine, and Sheehey hasn't missed in four tries from the field tonight.
Hoosiers shooting 18-of-25 from the field, thanks to a lot of layups and dunks, and 3-pointers from the players you generally want shooting 3-pointers. IU has forced 11 turnovers but committed eight, and the Hoosiers have allowed five 3-pointers to MSM.
Indiana only needs two possessions to grab four points, and MSM wants a timeout. Hoosiers much more crisp this half than last.
Watford finishing at the rim is something we've not seen enough of this year. Just knocked down a bunny there.
We still have hardly seen any Perea and no Jurkin. I have to imagine we'll see them more as this game gets more and more out of hand. IU's scored 11 consecutive points to start the half.
So....I am not watching the game. Has Jurkin played? I trust I haven't missed anything else?
Watford's got 13 points, six rebounds and looks about as comfortable as he has in a month. Indiana on a 22-2 run to start the second half, 29-5 run since the first half. Up 59-31 with 15:15 left.
No he has not. And no you have not.
Perea having a lot of the problems we thought he would -- still really raw on body and ball control.
Under-12 timeout finds Indiana up 68-37. Hoosiers just working on rotations and lineups now. Mount Saint Mary's has scored eight points in 8:04 this half. The defense is, uh, better. 11:56 left in the game, by the way.
Indiana just ran a press-break drill like Mount Saint Mary's wasn't even on the floor.
Strange possession. Sheehey takes a contested jumper and Zeller tries for the put back of the century and misses. Then IU gets the rebound, Ferrell makes a no-look pass to Sheehey, who makes another no-look pass to Zeller for the layup.
IU's up 72-37 after another Zeller basket.
Ball movement is off the charts this half for Indiana. Hoosiers have nine assists on 12 made baskets, a big reason why this half's score is 38-9.
Three team fouls for Mount Saint Mary's this half. Wait ... now it's four. Either way, speaks to the quality of shots Indiana's been creating. We are at the under-8 timeout, and MSM has finally scored 10 points this half. But nobody cares about that, because there are flags. Yes, flags. Dare I say FLAGSSS!!!!!!!
7:59 left in the game.
IU still shooting 70.8 percent at the under-4. The school record is 71.2 percent in 1988 against Michigan State. IU leads 87-49 with 3:30 left.
Elston scores on an ugly running jumper thing shot heave. Anyway, he scored. I'm writing my gamer right now, so posts will be few and far between, but I'd imagine most of you have moved on with your Wednesday by now anyway.
Ralph Smith and Taylor Wayer are in the game. IU's lineup is Smith, Abell, Wayer, Sheehey and Howard. Still no Jurkin.
