Important ticket info for this weekend

  • This is from IU Athletics ...

    The Indiana Men's Basketball team had an incredible season and we're excited the team has returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008! Indiana University has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen and will play the University of Kentucky on Friday, March 23 in Atlanta, GA.

    Indiana University will receive a limited number of Sweet Sixteen tickets for our season ticket holders. Because of the limited quantity of available tickets, the IU Athletic Ticket Office will be contacting all qualifying season ticket holders individually by email or phone.

    All public and faculty/staff seats available will be determined by the University Priority Point Policy. Student tickets will be allocated based on student season ticket holder's priority points along with attendance to regular season home games. Students selected based on this criteria may select another student season ticket holder to purchase seats with them.

    Additional Notes: Limit two tickets per qualifying season ticket account. Ticket pick up will be at the tournament site; photo identification required.

    Information on ticket availability for future tournament rounds will be announced as the Hoosier Basketball team advances.     That would be pretty cool if there was enough interest. Evansville has direct flights to ATL but I just checked the prices and its $1200 banghead I wont be spending that kind of cash

    Believe it's only about seven hours each way from Evansville. Could be wrong.

    Yea its only about 7 so it wouldnt be a bad drive. I would have to be back by Saturday though, so thats the problem. Its my stupid weekend to work.
