Jaraan Lands is having a good fourth quarter, going hard to the rim. Helped Spiece come back from a slight deficit. He's had IU interest in the past.

Spiece holds off a late rally, wins 59-58. Coleman with 11, Lands 12.

Continue to be impressed with where Eron Gordon is at his age. Still some rough edges, but so many tools are there: vision, explosion, decision making. He says he wants to be a point guard. He could be a great one.

EG wins 75-47. Gordon didn't score second half, finishes with six. Gillis had 13, 12 from Benkert.

Lyle running point with the Scott twins otherwise occupied today (SATs). He's not playing poorly but Spiece can't match Mac Irvin right now. Down 13-8. Trey Lyles just made a great move to the basket.

Spiece has rallied with some tough possessions at both ends. Trey Lyles playing very well right now, if a little bit in love with his jumper.

Getting a first look at E.C. Matthews from Michgan. Lefty is a confident offensive player, good shooter. Has IU interest, as does The Family teammate Wes Clark.

Getting my first look at Demetrius Jackson since last July. Immediately impressed once more. There's a definite case to be made that he's the No. 1 player in Indiana in 2013.
